Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cogswell Revenue Recovery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information received through cogswellrecovery.com and direct business communications.

Information we collect

This website currently does not include account registration, payment processing, or a lead form. If you call, text, or email us, we may receive the contact information and business details you choose to provide, along with ordinary communication records.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, prepare requested proposals, provide contracted services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Client-supplied records

A client may provide records for a contracted recovery campaign only after confirming its authority and contact basis. Those records are used solely to deliver the approved service, subject to the agreement, documented instructions, access controls, suppression requirements, and applicable law. Clients should not transmit consumer records through ordinary website email unless a secure transfer method has been agreed.

Calls, texts, and email

Providing a phone number or email address allows us to respond to that specific request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a text or ask us not to contact you; we will honor the request.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, file storage, and business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, contractual requirements, suppression records, and legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. You may also opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services and tools change. Questions or requests may be sent to cogswellrevenuerecovery@outlook.com. Postal correspondence may be requested by email when needed.
