These terms govern use of cogswellrecovery.com. A signed client service agreement, when applicable, controls the actual delivery of paid services and prevails over conflicting website language.
Informational purpose
The website provides general information about dormant-lead recovery services. It is not legal advice, a guarantee, or an offer that can be accepted without qualification, a written agreement, and payment.
No guaranteed results
Examples, targets, pricing, and descriptions are illustrative or subject to qualification. We do not guarantee delivery, response rates, appointments, completed sales, revenue, rankings, or return on investment.
Client responsibilities
A client is responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of its records, its authority and contact basis, required notices and consents, suppression data, final approval of messages and audiences, and timely handling of routed opportunities. We may refuse or stop work when records or instructions appear unsafe, inaccurate, unauthorized, or noncompliant.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with operation, copy protected content for resale, or use our identity to contact others without permission.
